Long Term module test @ Pisa

To analyze data (both from ARCS and Long Term) we use Stephen Levy's macro.
Usage: root -b -l -q 'lt_macro.cc("yourconfiguration.dat","CTA",0)'
where yourconfiguration.dat contains the list of cuts to be applied (see the beginning of the macro for a detailed explaination).

Downloading our shell script you don't have to care about configuration.
It looks for all the ARCS (modulenumber.root) and Long Term (reslt_M_modulenumber.root) output files in your directory, and creates (under plots/) a subdirectory for every one, filled with:

noise plot (DecInvOn,DecInvOff,PeakInvOn,PeakInvOff)
pedestal plot (DecInvOn,DecInvOff,PeakInvOn,PeakInvOff)
peaktime plot (DecInvOn,DecInvOff,PeakInvOn,PeakInvOff)
pulseheight plot (DecInvOn,DecInvOff,PeakInvOn,PeakInvOff)
bad channel list
strip-by-strip flags summary

For Long Term outputs these files are given for Record 1 (before first cooling) and Record 19 (last heating).
