Logistics:
- The closest airport is Brussels National (if you come from Geneva, there are direct flights with Brussels Airlines and Easy Jet). Choose at your convenience, and don't forget to keep the boarding pass for the reimboursement.
- Louvain-la-Neuve is a small university town, therefore there is only one hotel, roughly 15 minutes by foot from our lab.
- We also have a guesthouse (fully furnished room plus kitchen plus bathroom), ~3 minutes by foot from here; if you prefer this option over the hotel, just let me know when you'll arrive and I'll check whether it is free.
- Another option is to stay in a hotel in Brussels; depending on which is the nearest station, it can take 30-45 minutes by train to get to Louvain-la-Neuve (plus 10 by foot from the station to the lab). Since I live in Brussels, if you prefer this option I can help you to choose a hotel.
In all the three accommodations scenarios (hotel in Louvain-la-Neuve, guest house, hotel in Brussels) we can pay the bill in advance.
